Alexandria Airsoft Adventures will honor the warranty provided by the Manufacturer or Distributor. We are not a warranty repair station for the Manufacturer or Distributor; but, will make every effort to make your purchase good. Returns are only allowed when authorized by the Manufacturer or Distributor and when honored by them at their sole discretion. Any decision to return or refund an item(s) will be refunded/exchanged feasibly, typically using the same method of payment, or as a store credit determined necessary and as authorized. A restocking fee of 25% may be applicable.

Refunds for services used or unused are not allowed, and deposits for reservations (future services) are non-refundable within two weeks of the reservation date. If a refund is allowed, a fee of up to 50% of the payment/reservation costs may be assessed. Questions or follow-ups may be made by the following:
